We constantly push ourselves to be better, greener and the most healthy.

This is why we use natural ingredients in our formulas including organic Aloe Vera.

What is Aloe Vera?

Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) is a succulent plant that belongs to Liliaceae family. The name Aloe derives from the Arabic word “Alloeh” meaning shining bitter substance while “vera” in Latin means true. It grows in tropical climate and low rainfall areas.

Aloe Vera contains many vitamins, including Vitamin A, C, E, B1, B2, B3 (niacin), B6, choline, folic acid, alpha-tocopherol, beta-carotene.

Vitamins A, C and E are important antioxidant vitamins, essential in the fight against damaging free radicals. All three positively influence the immune system and Vitamin C in particular assists in wound healing. It also makes collagen, keeping bones skin and joints firm and strong.

In addition to vitamins and minerals,  an Aloe Vera has ingredients that act as anti-inflammatories but has also properties such as anti-aging, regenerating, restorative, soothes, purifying and moisturizing.

It has been used since Antiquity for its dermatological benefits. Even Cleopatra used it in her daily skincare routine!

It cleans the teeth thoroughly and, at the same time, particularly gently. This makes it ideal for sensitive teeth. It eliminates dental plaque, and is gentle to the teeth and  gums. It is actually the best for gum disease, as it is a natural protector, and does not contain the abrasives found in most toothpastes, hence less harsh on teeth.
